DivotData provides a cloud-based horse management platform that allows users to store, organize, and manage information related to horses, training, veterinary records, breeding, competitions, and team collaboration.

DivotData is a software tool only. We are not a veterinary provider, medical provider, or professional advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DivotData, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the information and data you upload ("User Content"), including horse records, documents, and images.

By using the Service, you grant DivotData a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not review all content and are not responsible for User Content.

DivotData does not verify the accuracy of information entered into the system.

The Service is provided for record-keeping and organizational purposes only. Information stored in DivotData should not replace professional veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information stored in the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep DivotData running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Available at all times

8. Third-Party Services

DivotData relies on third-party providers such as Supabase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting infrastructure).

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
